One of the most important measures to arrange pre-protection of the crop to be grown is phytoexamination of soil. The purpose of this analysis is to detect nematodes and determine whether there are phytoparasites in soil.
Phytoparasitic nematodes penetrate the plant through the stylet and feed on its sap. And it allows pathogenic fungi and bacteria to enter the plant from damaged parts. It leads to stunting, wilting of plants, icterus, twisting of leaves, and thickening in the roots (Gall), as well as can completely destroy plants.
